Buying for your clients?

All parcels must arrive at the warehouse addressed to the name listed in your regular partner account, including your STE suite number. If a parcel arrives under someone else's name, we may refuse further service. If a parcel arrives without the STE, identifying it for you will be much harder. Also, when registering, be sure to provide your actual residential address rather than your registered address.

It is important to track when parcels arrive at the parcel locker, pickup point, or post office, as carrier notifications may occasionally fail to send due to technical issues. The return process is very complicated and outside our full control, so please pick up your parcels on time.

It's an API that lets you manage your clients' parcels directly from your personal account. Once the warehouse packs a parcel, you can pay for shipping in your account. To avoid paying for each parcel individually, an auto-pay option is also available.

A special shipping rate applies to iHerb products: $9.99 for parcels up to 1 kg and $29.90 for parcels up to 3 kg. If your parcel qualifies for the promotion, the shipping cost will be recalculated before dispatch. The price is calculated at the promo rate, plus mandatory parcel insurance.

You can pay customs duties in advance on the website or upon customs clearance.

Liquids are limited to 3 liters per parcel. There are no restrictions on loose/powdered items, but if they are food products, the limit is 5 kg per parcel.

No, we do not print custom labels on parcels.

Customs clearance may be attempted, but it usually costs more than the items are worth; alternatively, paid disposal is available (at the customer's expense).
