I bought several original autographs at a horror memorabilia store in the US. Delivery via the SuperFast tariff. Shipment weight 550 g, dimensions approximately 24×6×55 cm. Cost with insurance $30.6. The envelope arrived already opened, and one of the three photographs had slightly bent corners. The internal packaging was a cardboard envelope, which was crumpled on two corners. At what stage this happened — during delivery within the US, at the warehouse, or during transportation to Russia/within Russia — is hard to say, but the fact remains: there is damage. At the Pochtoy warehouse, the envelope was additionally wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap for forwarding to Russia, so the outer protection was good, and the problem most likely arose on the American side. Fortunately, the dents are not critical and can be carefully fixed, but it left a bad aftertaste, especially given that the envelope was opened and the items are quite expensive. The delivery time was 17 days, which is very good in terms of speed.
