Warehouse services with an incoming package
Before shipping, the warehouse can do almost anything you need with the package to check the order. Paid services:
We will combine several incoming packages into one and dispose of an unwanted package for free. The price is shown before confirmation, and the amount is deducted from the balance.
You need to order the service in the incoming package card. Choose what you need, and in the comments write what to pay attention to: which item to photograph, what to measure, which labeling to show. The completed result will appear in the same card, and the service status will change.
You usually have to wait until the end of the business day for completion. When there’s no time, choose urgent processing right when placing the order. The urgent prices are: 3 photos $7.99, 10 photos $10.99, video $9.99, photos on the scales $4.99, package split $5.99.
Photos of the contents will be useful in two cases. First: there are many orders and it’s unclear what exactly arrived in the box. Second: you need to verify the contents and fill out the declaration; the photos show the brand, quantity, and type of item. For large orders and batches of vitamins, choose 10 photos; for a regular package, three are enough.
A photo on the scale is needed so you can see the exact weight of the box with your own eyes: the picture shows both the package and the scale reading. It is ordered when calculating the shipping cost before consolidation or when the weight from the store does not match expectations.
The unboxing video provides an HD recording where we open the box and take out the contents. This kind of video immediately shows the condition the item arrived in and whether the original packaging is intact. Convenient for resale: it shows that the customer will receive an item without defects.
You can find out the exact dimensions of the item before shipping: we will measure it with a tape measure or measure the shoe insole and send you the numbers. Useful for American sizes: while the box is still in the USA, the item can still be returned to the seller.
It is worth splitting an incoming package if one box from the store needs to be sent out in different shipments. For example, you are shipping part of the goods to yourself, and sending part to another person. We will split the box into separate incoming packages, and then you can process each one separately.
You can combine several incoming packages into one at the assembly stage, when you arrange shipping. Consolidation costs nothing and is usually beneficial: shipping one package instead of three is cheaper.
We will help return the item to the store for $10. First, arrange the return with the seller and upload their label to us, and we will pack the parcel and hand it over to the carrier. The money for the item will come directly from the store, and the timeframes and terms are theirs as well.
Package disposal is a free service where we remove the box from the warehouse at your request. It helps when shipping the item is no longer cost-effective and there is no point in paying for storage. After that, the package cannot be returned.
You can cancel the service in the same package card as long as the warehouse has not started processing it. The amount will be returned to your balance immediately. If the service is already in progress or completed, the cancellation will not work.
