What can be purchased additionally at the warehouse and how to reinforce the packaging
At our warehouse, we keep a small selection of American products: vitamins, instant noodles, sweets, snacks, drinks, sauces and seasonings, and hygiene products. All of this is already in the USA, so there’s no need to wait for delivery from the store.
Buying products from the warehouse is выгодно for two reasons. First, you don’t need to order anything or have it delivered to the warehouse; the product goes straight into your package. Second, separate shipping for such a small item would cost more than the product itself.
Add the item to your package during the shipping checkout stage; prices and weight are shown there as well. The item's price will be deducted from your balance, and its weight will be added to the package weight, so shipping will be a bit more expensive. You will see the total before payment.

Both services can be used together if you’re shipping something fragile.
Stickers on the box tell handlers that there is delicate cargo inside, and cost $0.50 each. There are these options: “Fragile cargo,” “Handle with care,” “Do not drop,” “Do not crush me!,” “Delicate little box,” “Office,” and “Gremlin.” The sticker does not provide any guarantee, but it reduces the risk that the box will be thrown. And they are cute too.
You do not need to pay for regular packaging, it is already included in the shipping cost. We seal the box with special tape, add filler if there is a lot of empty space inside, and remove shoe boxes upon request. We only charge for film, a bag, and stickers.
The items from the warehouse have the biggest impact on the shipping price because they add actual weight. Film, the bag, and stickers have virtually no effect on the weight. The simplest way to check the final total is to look at the weight and amount in the calculator before payment.
The easiest way to reduce the weight of a package with shoes is without shoe boxes: when arranging delivery, choose the option where we remove them, it's free. If you need the boxes, for example if the shoes are for resale, then leave them, and the package will be shipped with them.
During consolidation, we throw away excess packaging and stores' advertising leaflets because they only add weight. We do not touch documents that are important for customs. If something is important to you, write a comment for the consolidation.
