Levels, achievements, and VIP status in the account
Achievements in your account show what you have already mastered in the service: confirmed your email, ran a shipping estimate through the calculator, completed a declaration, sent a package. Each completed milestone counts toward a set, and a set unlocks the next level.
There are four levels: Beginner, Experienced, Expert, and Ambassador. Beginner is unlocked at the start, Experienced after the first package and declaration, Expert is earned through shipments (3, 5, and 10 pieces), and Ambassador is achieved by those who recommend us to friends, write reviews, and have sent 30 packages. Each level has its own cat mascot.
You don’t need to mark anything manually; achievements light up on their own based on your actions: confirmed your email, ran the calculator, combined several incoming packages into one, sent your fifth parcel. Some badges are part of the required set for a level, and some simply bring bonuses.

You can get VIP status for 30 shipped packages, after that it works automatically and forever. You don’t need to write to support, we enable the status ourselves and notify you by email.
Cashback for VIP clients depends on the package weight: $2 per package up to 3 kg and $3 per package from 3 kg. We credit it for each shipment to your balance, and from there the money goes toward paying for subsequent deliveries. What is not included in the cashback is listed in the “Cashback program” section.
Your level and progress are visible in your personal account, in the “My achievements” section: how many milestones have been completed, what remains until the next level, which mascot you currently have.
