Parcel notifications in the messenger
The Telegram bot @ProstoboxUSAbot is needed so that package updates arrive in the messenger: the box reached the warehouse, the status changed, money was deducted from the balance. Convenient when there are several packages and you don’t want to log in to your account just to check.
You can enable the bot in your personal account with the “Connect bot” button: it will link to your account and send confirmation that notifications are working.
The bot is free, we don't charge money for notifications.
The bot receives short notifications about packages and charges, and we duplicate the same events in more detail by email. Notifications in your account remain in any case.
You can stop receiving messages in your profile settings, where notifications are turned on and off. Emails and your account will continue to work as before.
