Frequently asked questions about shopping and delivery
What is 6pm and who owns it?
6pm is an American online outlet store that sells branded footwear, clothing, and accessories with discounts of up to 80%. It is part of the Zappos group and offers authentic products from hundreds of global brands at prices well below retail. The assortment consists of leftover past-season collections and warehouse surplus, so you can find genuine items here at better prices than in regular stores.
Are the products sold on 6pm authentic?
Yes, 6pm carries only authentic products. It is an official outlet, so there are no counterfeits. The store sells off remaining collections from well-known brands — Nike, adidas, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, ASICS, Guess, and many others. Every item is genuine manufacturer merchandise.
Does 6pm ship orders to Russia and CIS countries?
6pm ships orders within the US only. To receive your purchases in Russia, Belarus, or Kazakhstan, use the Prostobox delivery service. You get a personal US warehouse address, place orders to that address, and we receive the parcel and deliver it straight to your door.
How do I order from 6pm with Prostobox delivery?
Sign up with Prostobox and get your personal US warehouse address. Place your order on 6pm and enter that address as the shipping address. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we'll send it on to you. If you'd rather not place the order yourself, send us the product links and our agent will buy them for you.
Do I need a US bank card to pay?
No. You can pay for your order and delivery in rubles, dollars, or cryptocurrency. If you don't have a card accepted on 6pm, request a buyout through a Prostobox agent: we'll pay for the items on your behalf, and you settle up in whatever way is convenient for you.
How much does shipping from the US cost?
The cost depends on the parcel's weight and the shipping plan you choose. Super Fast and Fast Box plans are available. You can easily calculate the exact amount in your account before shipping. Multiple orders can be consolidated into one parcel so you only pay for delivery once.
How long does door-to-door delivery from the US take?
On average, 7 to 10 days from the moment your parcel ships from the US warehouse. The timeframe depends on the plan you choose and the destination country. You can track your parcel's status at every stage in your account.
Can I combine multiple orders into one parcel?
Yes. If you've ordered from different stores or placed several orders on 6pm, we'll consolidate them at the warehouse into a single parcel. This saves you money on shipping, since you pay for forwarding once instead of for each order separately.
What is sales tax and why is shipping through Prostobox more cost-effective?
Sales tax is a US tax added to the price of goods in most states. The Prostobox warehouse is located in Delaware, where there is no sales tax. So when you ship to our address, you don't pay any extra tax and save money on every purchase.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your parcel ships from the warehouse, you receive a tracking number. You can track its status at every stage in your Prostobox account — from the moment your order arrives at the US warehouse to delivery at your door.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
In Russia, the duty-free threshold is 200 euros per parcel, with no limit on the number of parcels per month. If the value exceeds the threshold, the duty is just 15% of the amount over the limit. Belarus and Kazakhstan have their own thresholds, which are worth checking before you order.
What brands can I buy on 6pm?
6pm carries hundreds of footwear, clothing, and accessories brands: Nike, adidas, New Balance, PUMA, ASICS, Reebok, UGG, Timberland, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Columbia, Skechers, Vans, COACH, Guess, and many more. The selection is updated regularly.
How safe is it to shop through Prostobox?
Prostobox has been operating since 2008 and has delivered hundreds of thousands of parcels to customers in Russia and the CIS. We receive orders at our warehouse, check the contents with photos when needed, and ship your parcel with care. You can also insure your parcel for extra peace of mind.
When does 6pm have its biggest sales?
6pm is a permanent outlet — discounts are available every day. The selection and prices are updated regularly, and during major sale events discounts can reach 70–80%. We curate the best deals with the biggest discounts right here on this page to make it easier for you to choose.
How do I contact Prostobox support?
