Sex Toys & Adult Products from the USA — Delivered by Prostobox

Completely. We ship all orders in neutral packaging with no description of the contents on the outside. The paperwork shows a standard parcel — the courier, the pickup point, and your household won't see any product names.

Yes. You can shop on your own at any store, or let us handle the buyout. We work only with official US retailers, not resellers, so you receive authentic products with certified materials and body-safe labeling. The US 18+ market is strictly regulated: brands list the composition of silicone, ABS plastic, and glass, and packaging includes manufacturer details and instructions.

Sign up at prostobox.com and get your personal warehouse address in Delaware. Place your order at a US store using that address. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we'll receive it, consolidate it with other orders if needed, and ship it to you. Don't want to deal with it yourself? Send our team the links and we'll buy everything for you.

Buyout means our agent places and pays for the order on your behalf — no foreign card needed, and you can pay in rubles, dollars, or cryptocurrency right on our website. With promo code PLEASURE, the buyout service is free for most US online stores; you only pay for the goods and shipping.

No. We automatically assign you a Delaware warehouse address when you register, and during a buyout our agent pays with their own card — all you need to do is pay us in rubles. A US card and a personal US address are not required.

On average 5–10 days from our Delaware warehouse to your city. Prostobox ships from the US to Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan: to a pickup point, a parcel locker, or by courier — your choice. The exact timeframe depends on your city and delivery method, and you can track your parcel by tracking number every step of the way.

The rate is calculated based on the parcel's weight, not its value. Adult products are usually lightweight, so shipping tends to be affordable. You can calculate the exact cost using the calculator on the website before paying — it also shows the cost of insurance and additional services. Multiple orders can be combined into one parcel to save on weight.

Most rechargeable toys with a built-in battery can be shipped. There are restrictions on loose lithium batteries, aerosols, and pressurized liquids. Lubricants and cosmetics ship without any issues — for a specific item, please check with our support team.

At the warehouse we check packaging integrity upon receipt and can take photos on request. If the store allows returns, our agent will help you arrange one before the parcel is shipped to your country. For warranty and defect issues, our support team will walk you through the steps on a case-by-case basis.

Personal parcels benefit from a duty-free threshold: for Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan it's up to 200 EUR and 31 kg with no duties. Most orders easily fall within this limit.

Almost anything: vibrators, dildos, couples' toys, anal toys, suction stimulators, intimate cosmetics, water- and silicone-based lubricants, lingerie, and accessories. The selection in the US is wider than on local markets, and seasonal sales from brands like Lovehoney, LELO, We-Vibe, and Womanizer offer noticeably lower prices.

Major American brands use medical-grade materials: platinum silicone, ABS plastic, borosilicate glass, and stainless steel. Packaging carries body-safe labeling and confirms the absence of phthalates. That's one of the key reasons to order from the US rather than look for alternatives with no documentation or ingredient information.

Payment is processed on the Prostobox side in rubles, dollars, or cryptocurrency. With the buyout service, our operator pays for the item with their own card at the US store, so you don't need a foreign card or a currency account. You pay for shipping the same convenient way.

Yes. Orders from different stores arrive at your warehouse address in Delaware, and we consolidate them into a single shipment. This reduces the weight compared to several separate parcels and lowers the total shipping cost. Consolidation is available in your personal account.

Some 18+ stores restrict delivery to forwarding addresses. In that case, use the buyout service: our operator will purchase the item in their own name, receive it at our warehouse, and then we'll ship the parcel to you. This way, even stores that don't work directly with forwarding services become accessible.

Base prices for 18+ brands in the US are lower than those charged by local resellers, and sales are added on top of that regularly. Even with shipping factored in, popular items often come out cheaper, and the selection of models and new releases is significantly larger. With promo code PLEASURE, the buyout is free, which brings the final price down even further.
