Information on data recovery

If you are among the users whose data has not yet been restored after the failure, please use the bulk reconciliation function.   

How to reconcile data:

  • Go to the page “Data Recovery”. If this page is missing from your account, it means all data has already been restored, no action is required. 
  • Please check all the information on the page “Data Recovery”. We have uploaded the information you sent us via the form or tickets there. If something is missing or written inaccurately - correct it right on the page. If you have not yet filled out the form, you can do it right on the page, no separate ticket is required.
  • After your check, we will reconcile the data with our records and restore the balance, orders and parcels.

We will consider compensation issues immediately after we close the incident analysis.

The planned processing time for applications is until the end of this week.
