Honest reviews from our customers
My vitamins from iHerb in the US have arrived! The parcel made it from the US to Adygea in just 12 days! It was shipped from the warehouse pretty quickly, on June 15. And the order reached the pickup point by June 27. That's super fast!
I ordered vitamins and protein for my husband from iHerb. I submitted the links on the Prostobox website and topped up my balance easily with a card. The order arrived in Dolgoprudny in 13 days — I picked it up from a parcel locker right near my home. This is my 5th parcel and everything is great!
The shipment came via the PR rate — everything was fast. The box had supplements from iHerb and 3 pairs of sneakers from different stores (New Balance, Adidas). Packed perfectly! Thanks for the great work!
I read the reviews and chose this service. The parcel arrived in Samara on June 2 — I picked it up a bit later since I was away on a work shift. Bottom line: this service is worth using — there are always some promotions going on, and buyout is free. Overall, 5+!

Shipping vitamins and supplements from iHerb, as well as permitted cosmetics, food products, and household cleaning items weighing up to 1 kg including packaging — $9.99, and up to 3 kg — $29.90. Can I transfer my entire iHerb cart with a single link?
Yes. Build your cart on the US version of iHerb (via VPN — prices on the local version of the site differ), click "Share Cart", and send us that link. We'll break it down into individual items ourselves. Please note: a link to an individual product page won't work for this.
Can I mix an iHerb cart with items from other stores?

Promotion terms and limitations
The promotion applies only to parcels up to 1 kg — $9.99 + insurance, and for weights from 1 to 3 kg — $29.90 + insurance. If the shipping cost calculated by the calculator is lower than the promotional price, the standard calculator rate applies. The promotion applies only to parcels where all items were purchased on iHerb.com, and only for the "Superfast" and "Fastbox" plans. No bonuses or cashback are earned under the promotion, including through the affiliate program. Additional discount promo codes cannot be applied to the promotion. The promotion may be ended or extended at any time, and the terms may change at the discretion of LLC Pochtoy.com.
Why doesn't iHerb ship directly to Russia?
Since 2022, iHerb has suspended direct delivery to Russia and stopped accepting Russian bank cards. You can purchase items through an intermediary: a Prostobox buyer places the order using a US card, receives the parcel at a US warehouse, and ships it to Russia. You pay for the buyout and shipping in rubles. With promo code GETIHERB, the buyout is free.
How do I track my iHerb parcel?
The tracking number appears in your Prostobox account after the parcel is shipped from the warehouse. You can track your parcel on the Russian Post website or via the gdebox.com tracker. Status update notifications are sent to your email and to your account.
What is the minimum order on iHerb?
There is no minimum order. For the best value under the promotion, your parcel should weigh close to 1 kg or 3 kg. A single bottle of vitamins weighs 80–150 g, meaning 6–8 packages fit into 1 kg, and about 20 packages into 3 kg.
Do additional promo codes apply to the promotion?
Yes, a free order buyout service is available with promo code GETIHERB.
