Packages for wholesale clients must be addressed to the name specified in your personal account, with the STE number mandatorily included. Packages addressed to a different name may not be accepted for service.
Packages without an STE number are harder to identify, which is why this number must always be included. When registering, it is important to provide your actual residential address, not your registration address.
When tracking an order, it's important to monitor the arrival of the parcel at the parcel locker, pickup point, or post office, as notifications from postal companies don't always arrive due to technical reasons
The parcel return process is very complex and we can't always control it, so please pick up your parcels on time.
Using your card to pay for purchases and sending packages to different recipients is fine. If you plan to send many identical or similar packages, to avoid issues at customs, it's better to list different recipients with different details, including email address and phone number.
The API for wholesale clients is program code that allows you to manage your clients' packages in your personal account. Once the warehouse has assembled the package, you can pay for shipping in your personal account. To avoid paying for each individual package, we offer an auto-payment option for package shipping.
A special price applies to shipping of iHerb items: $9.99 for packages up to 1 kg and $29.90 for packages up to 3 kg. To take part in the promotion, you need to: buy items on the iHerb website using buyers or on your own, arrange shipping with the «Fastbox» or «Superfast» tariffs, pay for shipping according to the issued invoice, and wait for the package to arrive in about 7-10 calendar days.
Important! Packages under the iHerb promotion are not covered by the terms of the wholesalers' promotion, which means no cashback will be credited for them.
The shipping cost recalculation under the wholesale promotion is performed before shipment, provided the package meets the promotion's conditions. At that moment, the shipping cost is changed to the promotional rate. Mandatory insurance is paid additionally.
The insurance cost depends on the purchase value:
up to $100 – $3
up to $500 – $5
up to $1000 – $7.5
over $1000 – $15
A 15% fee is charged if the value of the goods in the parcel exceeds the 200 euro limit. The duty can be paid in advance on the website or when passing through customs – depending on the chosen processing method.
Liquid items are limited to no more than 3 liters per parcel.
Bulk goods are allowed without restrictions, but if they are food products, their weight must not exceed 5 kg per parcel.
We do not apply individual inscriptions or personalized labels on packages.
If a parcel is held up at customs, the course of action depends on the selected tariff.
For GBS tariffs (Superfast, Fastbox, Express, Gabarit), re-export is not available – the parcel can either be cleared at customs (if possible) or disposed of for a fee at the customer's request.
For the «Universal» and «Econom» tariffs, re-export is possible, but with limitations.
With the «Econom» tariff, you cannot modify the declaration, split the parcel, or change the destination country.
With the «Universal» tariff, you can adjust the declaration and change the parcel's delivery country.
