Parcels for wholesale clients must be issued in the name specified in the personal account, with the mandatory indication of STE. Parcels issued in another name may not be accepted for service.
Parcels without an STE number are more difficult to identify, so this number must be indicated without fail. When registering, it is important to indicate not the registration address, but the actual residential address.
When tracking an order, it is important to monitor the arrival of the package at a parcel locker, pickup point, or post office, as notifications from postal companies do not always arrive for technical reasons.
The process of returning a package is very complicated, and we cannot always control it, so please pick up your packages on time.
Making purchases with your own card and sending packages to different recipients – this is normal. If you plan to send many identical or similar-type packages to avoid questions at customs, it's better to specify different recipients with different details, including email address and phone number.
API for wholesale clients – is the program code with which you can manage your clients' parcels in your personal account. After the parcel is assembled by the warehouse, you can pay for delivery in your personal account. To avoid paying for each separate parcel, we have an option for auto-payment of parcel deliveries.
Special price applies for delivery of goods from iHerb: $9,99 for parcels up to 1 kg and $29,90 for parcels up to 3 kg. To participate in the promotion it is necessary to: buy goods on the iHerb website using buyers or independently, arrange delivery with the «Fastbox» or «Superfast» tariffs, pay for delivery according to the issued invoice and wait for the parcel to arrive in approximately 7-10 calendar days.
Important! Parcels under the iHerb promotion are not included in the terms of the promotion for wholesalers, which means that cashback will not be credited for them.
Recalculation of delivery cost under the promotion for wholesalers is performed before shipment if the parcel meets the promotion conditions. At this moment the delivery cost changes to the promotional rate. Mandatory insurance is also charged.
Insurance cost depends on the purchase cost:
up to 100 dollars – 3 dollars
up to 500 dollars – 5 dollars
up to 1000 dollars – 7.5 dollars
from 1000 dollars – 15 dollars
A 15% commission is charged if the value of the goods in the parcel exceeds the 200 euro limit. The duty can be paid in advance on the website or when passing through customs – depending on the chosen clearance method.
Restriction on liquid goods – no more than 3 liters in one package.
Bulk goods are allowed without restrictions, but if these are food products, their weight must not exceed 5 kg per package.
We do not apply individual inscriptions, personal labels on packages.
If the package is detained at customs, the procedure depends on the selected tariff.
For GBS tariffs (Superfast, Fastbox, Express, Gabarit) re-export is not provided – the package can either be cleared at customs (if possible), or disposed of for a fee at the client’s request.
For the «Universal» and «Economy» tariffs re-export is possible but with limitations.
In the «Economy» tariff you cannot change the declaration, split the package, or change the destination country.
In the «Universal» tariff you can adjust the declaration and change the delivery country of the package.
