Affordable tariff for Kazakhstan. No parcel consolidation.
CDEK KZ ONE is a fast delivery tariff developed in partnership with SDEK. Parcels sent via this tariff follow the route New York → transit airport → Moscow, where after customs clearance they are handed over to SDEK for further delivery to Kazakhstan.
The CDEK KZ ONE tariff is suitable both for self-made purchases and for orders bought through operators (buyers). The parcel does not need to be registered in advance – it is processed after arriving at the warehouse. Delivery from the US warehouse takes from 5 days, and the parcel can be picked up at a pickup point or parcel locker. The delivery partner is CDEK. If the value of the goods in the parcel exceeds 200 euros, the customs duty can be paid in advance online. To fill out the declaration, you need: a link to each item from the online store, the recipient's passport details and IIN.
The CDEK KZ ONE tariff is available only for shipments to Kazakhstan.
Delivery usually takes between 5 and 15 days.
There are no restrictions for delivery to pickup points – parcels of any size and weight are accepted.
With the CDEK KZ ONE tariff, packages are shipped in the same condition they arrived at the warehouse. Before shipping, each package is inspected, and if the packaging appears unreliable, it may be replaced with sturdier packaging – to ensure safe delivery.
You can send most items intended for personal use. Restrictions apply only to categories included in the prohibited list – it is available at this link on the website.
To ship a package, you need to provide the recipient's passport details and IIN, and then fill out a customs declaration: product names, links, SKUs, and their actual value. A $50 surcharge applies for incorrectly provided information. If the package contains lots from eBay or Etsy, each item is listed in the declaration, while additional accessories and gifts are marked with a symbolic price of $1.1.
If you want to register a package, you need to do so as soon as it arrives at the warehouse – it will appear in your personal account, and you will be able to arrange its delivery.
If the package arrives at the warehouse, a notification will appear in your personal account after acceptance and weighing, and an email will be sent with information about the required payment.
Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: length × width × height / 5000. If it exceeds the physical weight by three times, the volumetric weight is used for the calculation. Payment is based on the physical weight, but an additional fee is charged for each kilogram of volumetric excess. An exact calculation is available in the shipping calculator.
There's no need to upload invoices, however CDEK may request them at customs' demand.
Shipping is paid after the package arrives at the warehouse, is weighed, and inspected. You can pay in advance by topping up your balance in your account.
With the CDEK KZ ONE tariff, packages are automatically insured for the amount specified in the declaration. Insurance is mandatory, and its cost can be checked in advance using the calculator by entering the value of the items in the package.
The insurance cost is calculated automatically. Current rates are shown in the calculator and in the «Rates» section on the website.
Insurance covers the complete loss of a parcel and theft of its contents. For parcels from private individuals, including items from eBay, insurance applies only to cases of total loss. To additionally insure a parcel against theft or damage, you can order the service of photographing the parcel's contents at the warehouse.
Damage insurance does not apply in the following cases:
– if the item was shipped by the seller in unreliable packaging: a soft envelope, an unsuitable box, lack of protective materials, free movement inside the packaging;
– if the item belongs to a risk group: glass, ceramic, or porcelain items, fragile plastic, candles, lamps, monitors, TVs, fishing rods, vinyl records, oversized items, etc.;
– if the item is in its original factory packaging (including blister boxes for dolls, vinyl sleeves, and the like) – damage to the packaging itself is not an insured event.
In all the situations listed above, insurance covers only the complete loss of the parcel.
The parcel is stored at a pickup point for up to 14 days, and in a parcel locker – for 3 days. If the storage period in the parcel locker has expired, the parcel is moved to the nearest pickup point. To extend storage or clarify further actions, you can contact CDEK support.
The addresses of available parcel lockers and pickup points are shown when creating a shipment on the website: the system automatically displays all delivery options for your region.
