The cost of the «Shopping Assistance» service is indicated in the «Services» section on our website. It is calculated depending on the order amount and the specifics of the store.
The cost of the service includes the work of our operators (staff buyers). They purchase items via your links, receive them at our warehouse in the USA, and register them in your personal account.
Additionally, you pay for shipping the parcel to your country in accordance with the tariffs of the selected service.
If you want to combine in one package goods purchased through the «Помощь с покупками» service and packages from the virtual address, we can send them in one package.
eBay auction purchase terms. A commission is charged when purchasing lots:
10% of the lot value, but not less than $10;
additional payment of $2 for participating in the auction or using the Make Offer option (this payment is non-refundable).
If the auction is canceled or the Make Offer proposal is not accepted, the purchase commission is refunded, except for $2.

If more than 10 days have passed and the order still hasn't arrived at the warehouse, create a ticket. We will contact the store and check the delivery status.

We do not check items upon arrival at the warehouse:
