Independent purchases in US online stores, to the address of our warehouse
Incoming packages can be stored in the warehouse for up to 90 days: 45 days free and 45 days paid. Paid storage costs – $1 per day. On the 91st day, an unclaimed package is disposed of. If there are insufficient funds in the account, a negative balance is created, which must be paid off before the package is shipped.
Collected packages (processed but unpaid) are stored for 21 days: the first 7 days are free from the moment the invoice is issued and 14 days paid. The cost of paid storage is $1 per day. On the 22nd day, the unpaid package is disposed of. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the amount goes into the negative, which must be closed before sending the package.
Urgent package assembly is performed within 7 warehouse business hours from the moment the service is paid for.
Urgent assembly helps the package get into the nearest possible batch for shipment sooner, however it does not guarantee inclusion specifically in the nearest batch. Payment for urgent assembly is not payment for guaranteed inclusion in a specific shipment.
If urgent assembly was not completed within the allotted 7 business hours, the cost of the service is returned to the client’s balance.
The «Virtual Address» service allows you to make independent purchases in US online stores directly, without our assistance purchasing orders.
This gives you the opportunity to save on service and payment system commissions, as well as independently control the entire purchase process. You can use promo codes to receive discounts and make purchases through rebate services to receive a partial refund for the order.
If you want to know whether there are any additional payments besides the cost of package assembly, then we do not charge any commissions for consolidation.
If you want to know whether any documents are needed to start using the service, then no – we do not request any documents.
When it comes to restrictions, we only accept purchases made personally by you, without using third-party cards (friends, acquaintances, etc.). We do not accept parcels requiring payment by the recipient (that is, by us), and we also do not provide an address for forwarding business letters, documents, bank and other payment cards.
If you are looking for your unique address to specify in the store, then it is located in the «My address in the USA» section (My personal account → Virtual address).
The most important part of the address – is the suite number (ste), by which we will identify your package. Make sure to indicate it when placing an order in the store.
If you need to register a package sent to your address, go to the «Expected packages» section (Personal account → Virtual address) and register the expected package, specifying the tracking number.
If you want to arrange a return of a purchase to the store, then such an opportunity exists – but it is a paid service. Contact customer support to clarify the details.
If the return is carried out to the USA, we are not responsible for the delivery of the parcel to the address specified by the sender, as well as for tracking it by the tracking number.
If you want to partially break down the incoming package, this option is available, but the service has limitations. We can split the package in half (50/50), but without separating items by article, size, or color.
If you need to separate 1-2 items and register them as a separate incoming package, this is also possible. For questions about splitting, please contact us via tickets in your personal account.
If you have not added the package as expected, we will try to determine its owner (for example, by the suite number on the package).
If the suite number is missing (in some cases, stores may truncate delivery addresses), such a package will be added to the list of unidentified.
If your package has already been delivered to the warehouse, but does not appear in the account for more than 24–48 hours, contact us and provide its tracking number.
If the store shipped your order in several packages, then each of them needs to be entered into the system separately as expected. After arriving at the warehouse, they will also be registered separately.
If the package is not showing in the system even though tracking indicates it has been delivered, wait 24-48 hours after its arrival at the warehouse – it will appear automatically.
When a package arrives at the warehouse, we identify its owner by the tracking number of the expected package registered by you or by the suite number (ste). After identification, the package is weighed and placed in a special area reserved for your purchases.
If the package does not appear in the account 48 hours after delivery, enter the tracking number in the package search bar in your personal account in the section «Packages» → «Search for incoming (by tracking)».
If the package has already been accepted at the warehouse but is not linked to your account, the system will notify you, and the package will automatically appear in your personal account within 24 hours after processing.
Notification about parcel arrival at the warehouse is automatically sent to the email address specified during registration immediately after its receipt. You can also view the list of all parcels you have received at any time in the «Parcels» section of your personal account.
If you want to find out the contents of the package that arrived at the warehouse, start with tracking: you can match the incoming tracking number with the order number in the store account or in the email about its shipment. This way you will understand what exactly has arrived.
If you need to verify exactly, you can order photos of the contents. To do this, go to the «Parcels» section and order photos of the contents (the option is located to the right of the incoming package number). The photos will be ready within 12 hours.
If all items have already arrived at the warehouse, you can proceed to forming the outgoing package. Once you confirm the recipient's details and complete the declaration, the package will be sent to assembly – where it will be packed and weighed.
Once the weight is recorded, information about the amount payable will appear in the «To Ship» section.
After paying for delivery, the package will be sent to you in accordance with the operating schedule of the selected service.
If you want to change the contents of the package or select a different delivery service after it has been sent for assembly, this can only be done in exceptional cases. Each package is assembled according to the service you selected, sealed, and prepared for shipment, so changing it is more difficult.
The services for changing the package contents or re-registering it for another postal service are paid. You can view the rates in the corresponding section of your personal account.
Sending parcels within the USA is possible only in cases of exchange or return of goods to US stores.
