How quickly can I connect the API?
Usually 1–2 days. Sign up, write to chat — a documentation tab will appear in your account settings.
How does the AI declaration work?
Send us the order data in any format — screenshot, Excel, plain text. AI will parse it and fill out the customs declaration quickly and error-free. Especially convenient when handling a high volume of parcels.
Can I consolidate orders for promo codes?
Yes. Multiple orders with different promo codes all arrive at the warehouse. We'll consolidate them into one parcel or split them for different recipients. It's a paid service, but affordable.
How many items can be in one parcel?
Up to 3 identical and up to 5 similar items. For personal use only. If you need more — split them across multiple parcels to different recipients.
What items can be shipped?
Non-sanctioned items for personal use: vitamins, clothing, footwear, gadgets. Liquids are limited to 3 liters. The list of prohibited items is available on the website.
How do I top up my balance?
Russian card in rubles, foreign card in dollars, or cryptocurrency on request. Top-ups are available from your account dashboard.
Where is customer data stored?
Servers containing personal data are located in Russia in compliance with FZ-152. We do not transfer data outside the Russian Federation.
Can I suggest improvements to the service?
