Prostobox API is a technical solution for transmitting data about your customers' orders to your personal account on our website, which significantly simplifies the process of handling and shipping packages.
With our API, you can automatically create an incoming package, generate a declaration based on your customer's order data, and pass recipient information from your website, bot, or application to the Prostobox personal account.
If you have a website, bot, or other platform for selling goods from the USA, connect our API. We will accept your requests and your customers' packages to deliver orders to your buyers in Russia. Please specify the address of your website or the name of the bot/application in your request so we can promptly connect you with our technical specialist.
The API is in closed beta, and documentation is currently being prepared.
We can deliver any items not prohibited for shipment to the Russian Federation from the USA. You can find more details on the terms here.

Please note that some categories of goods are prohibited for international postal forwarding. We recommend carefully reviewing the list of such items, and if you have any questions or doubts, contact customer support.
Please note the limit on the number of identical items per package - one package may contain no more than 3 identical items (for personal use) and no more than 5 identical items for a commercial order.
You can also place an order as follows: 3 identical items for one recipient and 2 identical items for another recipient, with different addresses and full names in the orders.
When placing an order, you need to fill in the customs declaration details — passport information, full name, and delivery address.
All customer and parcel data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation. We do not store data outside of Russia.
